Rents are due by the fifth of each month. Any rent paid after the 5th should
include the appropriate late fee, as stated in your lease.  Evictions are
typically taken out on the 10th of the month for non-paying Tenants. You
must pay your rent no later than the 9th to avoid eviction or additional fees
to have the eviction warrant withdrawn.

We accept money orders only for the rent and they should have the
property address written on the front of them. They Should be made
payable to Superior P & M.

Checks- Personal checks are welcomed after 6 months of good payment
history. Checks drawn directly from your account and issued through the
bank are acceptable. However, only one returned check will be allowed for
a tenant. If your check is returned you must pay all further rents in money
order, or cashiers check.

Cash- We do not accept cash. It is much easier and much safer to for you
to purchase a money order.
